Ingredients Needed

- Graham cracker pie crust– I used a pre-made graham pie crust with this recipe. It cuts down my prep time, and you can easily find them in the chilled or frozen section on most supermarkets. In case you cannot find one, though, you can easily make one from scratch. Check how to do it here.
- Chocolate chips and Sweetened condensed milk- I melted these together to coat the graham crust and used half for drizzling too.
- Cream cheese– isused as a base for the cheesecake mixture.
- Eggs- to thicken the cheesecake batter and give it a smoother consistency.
- Confectioners sugar– for sweetness! You can also use granulated white sugar, but it will take longer to dissolve into the mixture.
- Vanilla paste- gives the cheesecake a delicate flavor and aroma.
- Marshmallow fluff- this will make the cheesecake super soft and fluffy!
- Strawberries- these juicy and plump berries add a fresh and fruity element to the dessert!
- Mini marshmallows- for toasting.
How to Make Air Fryer Berry S’mores Cheesecake

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips with evaporated milk. Melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring halfway, until smooth. Pour half of the melted chocolate over the graham cracker crust and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.

Step 2: While the chocolate sets in the fridge, prepare the cheesecake batter. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and evaporated milk. Beat on medium until smooth, then reduce to low and add eggs one at a time. Mix in sugar and vanilla paste on low for 2 minutes until fully combined.
Step 3: Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pie crust. Place it in the air fryer basket—no preheating needed—and set air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, and set cook time for 20-25 minutes.

Step 4: While the cheesecake bakes, thinly slice the strawberries. Once the cheesecake is done, remove it from the air fryer, drizzle with the remaining melted chocolate, and arrange the sliced strawberries on top.

Step 5: Generously sprinkle mini marshmallows over the strawberries, covering them completely. Return the cheesecake to the air fryer (no preheating needed) and cook at 300°F for 3 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
Step 6: Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator. Chill the cheesecake for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.

Air Fryer Berry S’mores Cheesecake Recipe Tips
- Don’t skip the chilling: Letting the cheesecake chill for at least 8 hours (preferably overnight) ensures it sets perfectly and slices cleanly.
- Use room-temperature cream cheese: This helps the batter blend smoothly, avoiding lumps.
- Melt chocolate gradually: Whether using a microwave or double boiler, stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Prep toppings ahead: Slice strawberries and measure mini marshmallows before baking to make assembly quick and easy.
- Watch the marshmallows: In the air fryer, they can go from golden to burnt fast—stick close during the last 3 minutes.
- Serve chilled or slightly warm: For a gooey experience, serve right after melting marshmallows; for clean slices, serve fully chilled.
- Customize toppings: Swap strawberries for raspberries, blueberries, or even chocolate drizzle for a twist on the classic s’mores flavor.
Storing, Freezing and Make Ahead Instructions
- Storing: Keep the cheesecake covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days to maintain freshness and prevent it from drying out. Slice just before serving for the best texture and flavor.
- Freezing: Wrap the cheesecake tightly in plastic wrap and place it in an airtight container to freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving to retain its creamy texture.
- Make-Ahead: Prepare the cheesecake a day in advance and chill it overnight to save time and allow the flavors to meld. Add the marshmallow topping and final chocolate drizzle just before serving for the freshest presentation.

Air Fryer Berry S’mores Cheesecake Recipe Faqs
Can I use frozen berries instead of fresh? Yes, but thaw and drain them first to avoid excess liquid that can make the cheesecake runny.
Do I need to preheat the air fryer? No preheating is required for this recipe—the cheesecake cooks perfectly at 300°F right from the start.
Can I make this cheesecake ahead of time? Absolutely! Make it a day in advance, chill overnight, and add the marshmallows and chocolate drizzle just before serving.
Can I substitute other chocolate for the chocolate chips? Yes, chopped chocolate bars or milk/dark chocolate chunks work fine. Just make sure they melt smoothly when combined with evaporated milk.
How do I get clean slices when serving? Chill the cheesecake thoroughly for at least 8 hours or overnight, and use a warm knife for smooth cuts through the marshmallow topping.
Can I add different toppings? Definitely! Blueberries, raspberries, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce make fun variations while keeping the s’mores vibe.
