  • 8 lamb chops, rib or loin, about 1-inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, optional, for garnish
  • Fresh herbs, parsley, cilantro, or mint, optional, for garnish
