Step Five: Let donuts cool slightly. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or drizzle with glaze before serving.

Easy Air Fryer Eggless Donut Recipe Tips

  • Use room-temperature ingredients: Helps the batter mix evenly and keeps donuts soft.
  • Don’t overmix the batter: Overmixing can make donuts dense instead of fluffy.
  • Check your air fryer: Cooking times may vary depending on your model, so watch donuts closely the first batch.
  • Single layer only: Air fry donuts in a single layer for even cooking and golden color.
  • Flavor variations: Dust with cinnamon sugar, glaze, or drizzle chocolate for extra flavor.

Storing Instructions

  • Room Temperature: Store cooled donuts in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Refrigerator: Keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days; warm slightly before serving.
  • Freezing: Wrap donuts individually in plastic wrap or foil, place in a freezer-safe bag, and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or microwave briefly before eating.
