My grandmother’s favorite Cucumber Salad Recipe. This is a true family favorite, and the classic recipe is made with cucumbers, red onions, and fresh dill, and tossed with a simple dressing.

This is the perfect side dish for several meals, and I love pairing this up with my air fryer ribs or even air fryer fried chicken As it provides a great contrast against the heavy flavor of those dishes.

This salad is light, fresh, delicious, and simple to make. The perfect salad for almost any meal is a perfect salad for the summer months when fresh cucumbers are in season.
