Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad — Cucumber salad is one of my favorite light summer meals. It’s healthy, fresh, and delicious! Cucumbers are especially refreshing in the summertime when it’s hot outside and you want to eat something that won’t weigh you down. They’re also very easy to prepare – just slice them up with some onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil!

Cucumber Salad

My grandmother’s favorite Cucumber Salad Recipe. This is a true family favorite, and the classic recipe is made with cucumbers, red onions, fresh dill, and tossed with a simple dressing.

This is the perfect side dish for several meals, and I love pairing this up with my air fryer ribs or even air fryer fried chicken As it provides a great contrast against the heavy flavor of those dishes.

This salad is light, fresh, delicious, and simple to make. The perfect salad for almost any meal is a perfect salad for the summer months when fresh cucumbers are in season.
