  • Pizza Crust: You can use any pizza crust, today I used Pillsbury Pizza Crust.
  • Seasonings: Cracked Peppercorn, Sea Salt Flakes, Mustard Seed, Granulated Garlic, Coriander Seeds.

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Combine seasoning ingredients in a food processor and grind. Separate 1 tsp for dusting the breading.
