Air Fryer Salmon Kebabs, such an easy and delicious meal. Marinated today with a few herbs and air-fried or grilled to perfection.
Today, I used a simple marinade with some items in my pantry and refrigerator. The air fryer does a really great job of keeping the meat tender while cooking the vegetables, all to perfection.
This is such a fun meal. I mean, who doesn’t like to eat their dinner off a stick? My kids really enjoyed it. This meal is KETO and low-carb friendly so that everyone can enjoy it.
Air Fryer Salmon Kebabs
Marinade Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Kebab Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon fillets, diced into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- Optional: Red Onion
- Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
Simple Instructions For Salmon Marinade:
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, ground cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Simple Instructions For Salmon Kebabs:
- In a large Ziploc bag or large mixing bowl, add the diced salmon, bell peppers, and onion (if using) pour in the marinade.
- Let marinate for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Then thread your salmon, bell peppers, and onions (if using) through the skewer, alternating.
- Preheat your air fryer at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting for 5 minutes.
- Place the prepared salmon skewers into the air fryer basket for 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, flipping the skewers halfway.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
