Pro Tips:

Measuring Flour: The best way to measure flour is with a scale and if you don’t have one, then fluff your mixture into cups before leveling off using knives.

Pan: For best results and to make sure that your bread is thoroughly cooked, use a mini loaf pan. If you use a regular loaf pan, sometimes the inside will not be cooked thoroughly. I have never had a problem using mini or smaller loaf pans. I have used both: Cuisinart (Set of 4) Mini Loaf Pan Set, Black and Silicone Mini Loaf Pan -Set of 4 – SILIVO Non-Stick Mini Loaf Baking Pans.

Making Bread In An Air Fryer Oven: If you want to make bread in your Air Fryer Oven, make sure to put the pan on the bottom level, this will ensure that your bread is cooked all the way through. If you place it on a higher shelf, the outside will be brown, but the inside raw.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do You Keep Pear Bread Moist?

This recipe makes the most delicious pear bread you’ll ever eat. With the pears added to the dough, it helps prevent the bread keep it from drying out.

Remember to let your pear bread cool down before storing it in an airtight container or Ziplock bag so that way it’s still soft when you want to reach for another slice!

Should You Refrigerate It?

No, I usually leave it at room temperature. It will last for a few days. If you want to keep it longer, you can refrigerate it or freeze the bread.

How Long Does It Last For?

My pear bread tastes best when it is still a little warm from the air fryer. If you want your recipe to last longer than one week, place it in the refrigerator. This bread also freezes amazingly well!
