Begin by chopping pears into small pieces. Leaving the skin on the pears is optional.

Add the sugar and vanilla to the bowl of beaten eggs.
In a separate large bowl, add the flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine.
Pour the egg mixture into the flour. Pour in the milk.
Fold in the chopped pears and applesauce.
Pour the dough into an oiled pan that fits your particular air fryer basket.
Prepare streusel in a food processor and spread over the top of the bread.
Air fry at 330F for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before slicing.
