Step Three: Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the spinach and sauté for 2–3 minutes until wilted, then stir in the Alfredo sauce until combined. Spoon a few tablespoons of the spinach mixture onto the toasted naan or flatbread, then top with shredded cheese.

Air Fryer Florentine Flat Bread Pizza Recipe Tips
- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor and texture; wilt it lightly before adding to the flatbread.
- Don’t overload the flatbread with sauce or toppings to prevent soggy results.
- Shred your own cheese if possible—it melts better and adds more flavor.
- Drizzle truffle oil or olive oil after cooking for an elevated, gourmet touch.
- Cook in batches if needed to ensure even crisping and perfectly melted cheese every time.
Storing Instructions
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the flatbread back in the air fryer at 320°F for 2–3 minutes until warmed and the cheese is melty again.
