Pro Tips For The Best Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp
This recipe will work in any Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. I have made this several times during the years, in my Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, PowerXL Vortex Air Fryer, Instant Pot Crisp Lid, and even the Mealthy Lid. The recipe will remain the same, but the cooking time may vary.
- Crowding: Do not crowd the Air Fryer Basket; otherwise, your shrimp will not cook up evenly. Work in batches, and as you bread the shrimp, air fry it up.
- Serving The Sauce: If you want to add the sauce on top, drizzle it right before serving. I prefer to keep the sauce as a dipping sauce since the shrimp will lose their crispness as they sit in the sauce.
- Timing: Since the size of shrimp will determine the cooking time, I would recommend that you check as the shrimp cooks. Remove the cooked shrimp immediately.
- Seasoning and Spices: You can easily add some other seasonings, such as onion powder, green onions, or garlic powder.
