Air Fryer Baked Ricotta with Lemon and Herbs. This is a classic recipe in my house. We always had a simple dish of baked ricotta on our table after my mother would make her famous lasagna.
If you have not had baked ricotta, it is simply a creamy dip. Baked Ricotta is made with ricotta, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. The Baked Ricotta is baked (or in our case air fried) until golden brown.
You can serve it with anything. My mother would usually offer us some fresh bread, or dried fruits, and fresh vegetables. But, you can eat it with the normal Crudité tray, of fresh vegetables and crackers.
This is such an easy dip to make, especially with the holiday seasons coming up and while it looks difficult, it’s actually very, very simple. But will make a HUGE impact on your guests.
