Tips For Air Frying Bacon-Wrapped Pickles

Let the pickles drain a bit on a paper towel before wrapping them in the bacon.

If you find that your air fryer smokes with bacon, add a piece of bread between the basket and the liner (see picture), but always check with your manufacturer to see recommendations.

If you need to use toothpicks, make sure they are soaked in water for about 10 to 15 minutes to prevent them from catching on fire, which would become a fire hazard.

You can use either pickle slices or pickle spears.

Check on the pickles frequently since each air fryer is slightly different, and cooking times will vary.

Are pickles low in carbs?

If you are looking for low-carbohydrate recipes, pickles may be the answer. They are a vegetable that is very low in carbohydrates and can be used to replace high-carbohydrate foods.

Pickles have zero carbohydrates, so they fit perfectly into many diets, including ketogenic or diabetic diets. With just two grams of carbs per serving, pickle juice is an excellent beverage for those who need to reduce their intake of simple sugars. For best results, make sure that you check your owner’s manual since every air fryer is slightly different.
