If you are not familiar with cauliflower, it’s a great and versatile vegetable. It has become increasingly popular, as it is allowed in the KETO diet.
It is in the same family, cruciferous family as cabbage, kale, garden cress, boy Choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and other green leaf vegetables. Therefore they can all be cooked wonderfully in the air fryer.
To Prepare Cauliflower For Any Recipe:
- Wash and dry the cauliflower. Make sure it’s drained well, so the seasoning adheres well to it.
- Remove the green leaves that the cauliflower comes wrapped in.
- Then cut the stems into cauliflower florets.
How To Make Buffalo Cauliflower in The Air Fryer
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Simple Directions:
- Start by washing and trimming the cauliflower florets
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour the cauliflower florets into the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Use tongs to coat the cauliflower florets.
- Set your time for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
- Shake a few times during the cooking process.
- After the time is up, you can dip them in more buffalo sauce if you wish or serve them as is.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
