Winter is coming and with it the chilly weather seems to drive everyone indoors for comfort food. This Ninja Foodi Rum Raisin Rice Pudding is perfect for a cozy night in! Not only does it taste amazing, but it’s also really easy to make. Plus, you can customize it to your liking by adding different spices or fruits. So why not give it a try? You may just end up craving it all year long!
An old-fashioned dessert gets an update, I have been dying to make this, and it was amazing. Here is my recipe for Ninja Foodi Rum Raisin Rice Pudding.
If you have never had rice pudding, it’s creamy and delicious. I added some rum-soaked raisins, added some ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, and a splash of cream to serve, and everyone loved it. Easy and absolutely delish.
If you are a fan of KozyShack Rice Pudding, which my kids are huge fans of, you can whip this up in less than 15 minutes, and if you are making a kid version, you can omit the rum. I would add the raisins since it’s amazing with the ground cinnamon and raisins, but you can omit the rum.

MAKING THE BEST RICE PUDDING RECIPE IN THE NINJA FOODI
I love my Ninja Foodi, I have been really impressed with it as both an Instant Pot and Air Fryer, so if you only have room for one, or are in the marketing for new appliances I highly recommend it.
I have made rice pudding on the stove for years, and the Ninja Foodi makes it so much easier. It is quick and perfectly cooked.

How To Make Ninja Foodi Rum Raisin Rice Pudding
In the Ninja Foodi Bowl, add half and half, milk, butter, sugar, rice, cinnamon stick, and vanilla bean.
Add the lid, placing the vent in a sealed position.
Set the pressure to high for 12 minutes. When the time is up, do a quick release. Once all of the pressure has been released, open the lid, and mix well.
While the rice pudding is cooking, add the rum and raisins to a small saucepan and heat, over low heat, until small bubbles form, simmer for about 2 minutes.
Mix the raisins and rum into the cooked rice pudding.
Ladle into a bowl or a glass, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, add a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream or half and half and add a few pieces of cinnamon stick.
WHAT IS A NINJA FOODI?
This year, a Ninja Foodi is so popular because it combines two appliances: the Pressure Cooker and an Air Fryer. It is very much like the new Instant Pot Lid. It changes out the lid for each function, one lid for the Pressure Cooker and one lid for the Air Fryer.
This is the Air Fryer I used in this recipe–(affiliate link)
