  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, freshly grated if possible
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, adjust to taste
