This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever done for Air Fryer Homemade Yellow Cupcakes.

Personally, if you have been following my website for a while, I am a huge fan of baked goods in the air fryer.

Over, the past months, I will tell you that I have made a huge amount of baked goods, cupcakes, brownies, and cupcakes, I even tried today to make homemade scones.  All of the baked goods I have tried are AMAZING, so light and fluffy.

Now, vanilla cupcakes may not sound like an exciting recipe, but my kids request them often, and who doesn’t love a nice rich buttery, frosted cupcake. These are great to pass out at the Holidays, especially if you have a lot of kids!

PRO TIPS:

Preheating: You do not need to preheat your air fryer, this recipe will be the same if you preheat or not since the batter needs to cook up.

Batches: You will need to cook in batches since most air fryers can only hold one muffin tin at a time.

Browning: If you find that your cupcakes are browning too fast, wrap your muffin tin in foil.

Cooking: Cook your muffin until they are fully cooked, place a toothpick into the center of the cupcake, to see if they are fully cooked.

Cooking Cupcakes in an Air Fryer Oven: If you are using an air fryer oven, palace the cupcake pan on the bottom shelf.
