Ingredients
1/4cupbutter
3largeeggs
2 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
3teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
1 3/4cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1 1/4cupmilk
Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together 1/4 cup butter and 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add 3 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Gradually add 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon salt, alternating with 1 1/4 cup milk, mixing until smooth.
Line your air fryer-safe muffin tin with cupcake liners or lightly grease the cups.
Spoon the batter into each liner, filling about 2/3 full to allow room for rising.
Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket. Cook at 320°F for 10–12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack before adding your favorite frosting or decorations.
