What Is An Air Fryer?
An air fryer is a small appliance similar in size to a toaster oven. It cooks food by circulating hot air around it, which results in a crispy outer layer and a moist middle. Air fryers are popular because they produce healthier versions of fried foods without the added fat or calories. You can also use them to cook other food types, such as pizza, chicken nuggets, and French fries.

How To Make Air Fryer Funfetti Cookies
Add cake mix, eggs, and melted butter to a bowl. Mix well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.
Add in mini chocolate chips and sprinkles, and fold mix until incorporated.
Scoop onto parchment-lined air fryer. Set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Be careful not to overcook the cookies! Cool in between batches. The cookies will harden as they cool down.
Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp milk in a small bowl.
Drizzle the thick glaze over the cookies and top with more sprinkles.
Pro Tips
Don’t Overmix: Once your ingredients are incorporated, stop mixing. Otherwise, you will end up with tough cookies.
Chill The Dough: Keep the dough cold while the cookies cook, in between batches.
Room Temperature Ingredients: Use room temperature butter and eggs for best results.
Parchment Paper: Use parchment paper or even cookie-dough parchment paper for best results. Since it doesn’t have any holes, the batter will not fall through the cracks.
