Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract ,
  • 1 1/2 cups Dry ice cream mix,
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 drops Green food coloring, optional
  • 3/4 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a pint container, combine the 3/4 cup Granulated sugar , 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract , and 1 1/2 cups Dry ice cream mix. Gradually whisk in the w1 1/2 cups Whole milk and 1 cup Heavy cream until smooth and fully blended. Add a few drops of 3 drops Green food coloring if you want that classic mint hue.
  • Secure the lid on the pint container and place it in the freezer for 24 hours, ensuring it’s completely frozen before processing.
  • Insert the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and select the “Ice Cream” function. Process until the ice cream is creamy and smooth.
  • Make a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the 3/4 cup Mini chocolate chips . Use the “Mix-In” function to fold them evenly throughout.
