This is one of the best Instant Pot Copycat Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip recipes. It takes hardly any time, and it tastes exactly like the restaurant version. You can easily make this at home and have a great binging snack or movie night snack.


  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 5.3 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 ounces cut spinach, frozen
  • 14 oz. can artichoke quarters, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Toss the chicken stock, Greek Yogurt, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic salt, black pepper, spinach, artichokes, and cream cheese into the Instant Pot bowl.
  2. Place the lid onto the Instant Pot.
  3. Close the valve to seal.
  4. Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 7 minutes.
  5. Once the time is done, do a quick release by pushing the valve away from you to open the pressure.
  6. Open the lid and mix well.
  7. Mix in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Serve with your favorite vegetable, chip, or bread! Enjoy!
