Description

Instant Pot Copycat Kraft Mac and Cheese is creamy, cheesy, and ready in minutes—perfect for a quick, kid-friendly comfort meal that tastes just like the classic boxed favorite.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Big Daddy Mac
  • 1 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Pour your 1 pound elbow macaroni into the Instant Pot Bowl.
  • Then add 1 cup water. Make sure that all of your pasta is under water, otherwise it will get hard, and not cook.
  • Add the 1/2 cup butter on top, I cut into squares, covering the pasta.
  • Set the manual high pressure with a cook time of 2 minutes.
  • Do a quick release when the time is up.
  • When all of the pressure is released, open the lid, and mix in the 1/2 cup Big Daddy Mac, and 1 1/2 cup milk, and mix well.
