Bang Bang Sauce is a specialty food invented by Bonefish Grill. A sweet buy spicy mayo-based sauce characterizes this sauce. It has almost a cult following. The main dish that Bonefish Grills uses Bang Bang sauce is for them is Bang Bang Shrimp.

Bang Bang Shrimp is a dish that has Thai roots since Bang Bang Shrimp includes Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, and shrimp is coated in it.

Bang Bang sauce is comprised of three components, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce.
