Air Fryer, Whipped Blueberry Honey Ricotta Toast

This is such an easy and healthy way to serve breakfast to the entire family. My kids love blueberries, and I love using leftover ricotta cheese for toast. My kids have been eating it this way their entire lives. Enjoy!



  • Toast, 2 pieces of any bread
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


  1. Place the bread into the air fryer.
  2. Set the temperature to 300 degrees F, for 5 minutes. Air fryer setting.
  3. Spread the ricotta spread over the toast (recipe in notes)
  4. Sprinkle some blueberries and almonds over the toast.
  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!


To make the ricotta topping, simply mix the ricotta cheese, milk, honey, together. Mix until well blended.
