Air Fryer Weight Watcher Grilled Cheese Recipe Faqs
Can I use any cheese for a Weight Watchers grilled cheese? Yes, but opt for low-fat or reduced-fat cheese varieties for the best results and to keep points low.
Can I add meat to my grilled cheese? Adding lean meats like turkey bacon or sliced chicken breast can increase the protein content without adding too many points.
What’s the best bread to use for a Weight Watchers grilled cheese? Look for whole-grain, high-fiber, or low-calorie bread options.
Can I make my grilled cheese without cheese? While cheese is a crucial component of grilled cheese, you can use cheese alternatives like low-fat cheese spreads or nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor with fewer points.
How can I add more flavor to my grilled cheese without adding points? Incorporate zero-point foods like tomatoes, spinach, or mustard.
Is it necessary to flip the sandwich in the air fryer? Flipping ensures that both sides of the sandwich cook evenly and get that desirable crispy texture.

I haven’t made this exactly yet, but that is the exact bread and spread I have. I’m going to switch out for the Velveeta slices.
Btw, I use Smithfield tiny Ham dices in many single serving recipes. Only 1-2 points depending on how much is needed. 1-oz is usually plenty.
