Easy Air Fryer Muffin Tin Peach Pies Recipe Tips

  • Use a muffin tin that fits in your air fryer: Use one that fits inside your air fryer so that the pies cook evenly.
  • Prepare the pie crusts beforehand: Prepare the pie crusts beforehand and chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before use. This helps to prevent the crusts from shrinking and becoming tough during baking.
  • Cut the peach slices thinly: Cut them thinly so they cook evenly and are soft and tender in the finished pies.
  • Use parchment paper or silicone liners: Use parchment paper or silicone liners to line the muffin tin cups. This prevents the pies from sticking to the pan and makes it easier to remove them after baking.
  • Check the pies regularly: Check the pies frequently to prevent them from over-browning or burning. Adjust the temperature or time as necessary.

Storing, Freezing and Reheating Instructions

  • Storing: Store leftover air fryer peach pies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to keep them fresh and flavorful. Serve cold or reheat slightly before enjoying.
  • Freezing: Wrap each peach pie individually in plastic wrap or foil and place in a freezer-safe container or bag. Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
  • Reheating: Reheat pies in the air fryer at 325°F for 2–3 minutes or until warm and crispy. You can also microwave for 20–30 seconds if short on time, though the crust won’t stay as crisp.

Easy Air Fryer Muffin Tin Peach Pies Recipe Faqs

Can I use canned peaches instead of fresh? Yes! Drain the canned peaches well to avoid excess liquid, then mix with sugar and cinnamon just like fresh peaches.

Can I make these ahead of time? Absolutely! Assemble the pies and store in the fridge for up to a day before air frying for a quick dessert.

Can I freeze these pies? Yes, wrap each pie individually and store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.

What can I serve with these mini pies? They’re perfect with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce.

How do I prevent the filling from spilling? Don’t overfill the dough cups—leave a small edge around the top so the filling stays contained while air frying.

Can I use a different fruit? Yes! Apples, blueberries, or cherries work beautifully—just adjust sugar to taste depending on the fruit’s sweetness.

How do I know when they’re done? The crust should be golden brown and firm, and the peach filling should be bubbly. Check at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
