Air Fryer Tempura Shrimp Ingredients
All you need is a box of Trader Joe’s shrimp like the one pictured below and a little bit of olive oil spray. It’s tempura shrimp and comes with a tasty soy dipping sauce.
How To Air Fry Tempura Shrimp
Step 1: Add shrimp to basket
Spray the air fryer basket with some olive oil spray. Add the frozen shrimp to the tray or basket (depending on your model of air fryer) and make sure they aren’t touching.
Step 2: Air Fry tempura shrimp
Turn on the air fryer to 400 degrees. Air fry tempura shrimp for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 more minutes or until it’s done. Serve and enjoy!

In most cases, the shrimp has been pre-cooked, but you will have to read the packaging.

- 1 package Trader Joe's Tempura Shrimp
Instructions
- Spray your tray with olive oil, and then place your frozen shrimp on top of the tray, spreading them up, so they do not touch.
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, flip the shrimp and air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!
