Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie With Graham Crust Recipe Tips

  • Use a Good Quality Pumpkin Puree: For the best flavor, use 100% pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling, which contains added sugar and spices.
  • Chill the Graham Cracker Crust: If you’re using a store-bought graham cracker crust, chill it in the refrigerator before filling it to help it hold its shape better during cooking.
  • Avoid Overmixing: When combining the filling ingredients, mix until just combined to prevent the filling from becoming too airy, which can affect the texture.
  • Adjust Cooking Time: Cooking times may vary based on the size and brand of your air fryer.
  • Let it Cool Before Serving: Allow the pie to cool for at least 30 minutes after cooking; this helps it set and makes slicing easier.
  • Garnish for Presentation: Top your pie with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving for an added touch.
  • Store Leftovers Properly: Store any leftover pie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
  • Experiment with Spices: Feel free to adjust the spices in the filling to suit your taste, adding more cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger for a personalized flavor.
