Air Fryer, Homemade Healthy Avocado French Fries

This is a really healthy alternative to French fries, and they are a kid-friendly food.

  1. Start by selecting firm avocados from the supermarket, the harder they are the better they will come out.
  2. Then slice the avocados in half.
  3. Then slice them into wedges, that resemble french fries.
  4. Dip them first into flour, salt, and black pepper. (In one bowl)
  5. In another bowl, mix together 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of water, beat well.
  6. In another bowl, place the panko bread crumbs.
  7. Then dip the avocado french fries into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and then the panko crumbs.

    As you bread them, place them into the air fryer basket.

  8. Spray the avocado french fries which are in the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  9. Set the time to 370 degrees F. for 5 minutes, after the time is up, flip them, and spray again. Set the time for another 4 minutes
  10. Remove them from the air fryer basket, plate, serve and enjoy!
