  • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup peppermints, crushed
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • Red and white sprinkles
  • Chocolate wafer cookies for dipping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the 8 ounces cream cheese, 7 ounces marshmallow fluff, and 1 teaspoon peppermint extract, then beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in the crushed 1/2 cup peppermints and mix until evenly combined.
  • Add 4 drops red food coloring a drop or two at a time until you reach your desired pink shade, then beat to incorporate.
