In a large mixing bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. The dough should be of a consistency that stays together. Use your own judgment if you need to add more flour or yogurt to make it hold.

Roll out the dough (the dough should be enough for two pizzas), on a floured surface.

Place the parchment paper into the air fryer basket, and then place the dough on top of the parchment paper. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, and air the fryer setting for 10 minutes. Flip the dough about 1/2 way, so both sides cook evenly.

SOME COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED ABOUT THIS RECIPE

WHY DO YOU USE GREEK YOGURT?

Greek yogurt is used for this recipe because it is heavier than regular yogurt. It is thicker because it was strained. If your dough ends up sticky, you can use more self-rising flour or use less yogurt.

I personally like either Fage or Stonyfield. I feel that their yogurts do a better job of making air fryer bagels.

HOW CAN I MAKE SELF-RISING FLOUR?

No problem if you do not have self-rising flour, it really is just a combination of all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt.

To make it, in a small bowl, mix together:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
