Ingredients Needed For Ninja Creami Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food

With a few simple ingredients, you can make this copycat version of your favorite Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

Ninja Creami Ben and Jerry's Phish Food
  • Cheesecake Pudding: This adds a creamy, tangy base that mimics the cheesecake flavor in the original Phish Food.
  • Chocolate milk: Creates a rich and chocolatey ice cream base.
  • Heavy cream: Adds a luxurious, velvety texture to your ice cream.
  • Caramel sauce: Provides a sweet, buttery flavor; reserve half to swirl in later for added texture.
  • Marshmallow cream: Creates a gooey, sweet swirl that replicates the marshmallow in Phish Food.
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chunks (You can cut to shape like fish or leave whole) These chocolate chunks add a delightful crunch and rich chocolate flavor, similar to the iconic fish shapes in Phish Food.

Initiate the ice cream setting. If the base is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream until you reach the desired consistency.

Gently fold in the remaining caramel sauce, marshmallow cream, and chocolate chunks using a rubber spatula. If the ice cream is too soft, freeze it for 1-2 hours to thicken.

Ninja Creami Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food Recipe Notes

  • The Ninja Creami is designed to give the ice cream a soft serve texture,  with that being said the ice cream may not look exactly like the Ben and Jerry’s from the store but it still tastes very similar.
  • If the base is crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream until you reach your desired consistency.
  • If the ice cream is too soft, you can return it to the freezer for 1-2 hours to let it harden.
  • This recipe calls for some of the mix-ins to be stirred by hand. The caramel and marshmallow cream will need to be hand mixed but if you would like you can add the semi-sweet chocolate chunks into the ice cream base and run the “mix-in” setting do so prior to adding the caramel and marshmallow cream.
