  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, divided, ½ cup for filling, ½ cup for topping
  • 2 cups spinach, sautéed or frozen (thawed and drained well)
  • 2 garlic cloves – minced, minced
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts , optional, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes, optional
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
