- Arrange the 4 oz mushroom slices on top.
- Sprinkle the 2 ounces brown gravy over the mushrooms, then pour in the 2 cups water.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, until pork chops are tender.
- Once the pork chops are done, add Fresh parsley for garnish. We like to serve this with or over mashed potatoes.
