  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Optional: Powdered Sugar
  • Optional: Glaze, ¼ cup powdered sugar + ½ teaspoon milk or lemon juice
  • Optional: Cinnamon Sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon + 2 teaspoons sugar for coating
