- Eggs: Use large, room temperature eggs

How To Cook Spanish Tortilla In Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 400˚F (200˚C). Spray two small non-stick round tins with cooking spray. Divide the onion slices between tins, then place the potato slices on top, seasoning with a pinch of salt, and drizzle with olive oil—Cook for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, divide the egg mixture between the two cups, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Turn the air fryer down to 325°F (165˚C) and cook for another 13 minutes.
Remove tins from the air fryer and tip out onto a plate. Top with chopped parsley and serve.

- Lower The Heat: As you notice from the recipe, I reduced the heat, after I cooked the potatoes, so remember to lower the heat.
- Separate: Cook the potatoes and onions separately, from the egg mixture. You will end up with a crispy potato layer!
- Room Temperature Eggs: Use large, room temperature eggs. Let the eggs come to room temperature, for at least 30 minutes, before making this recipe.
