- Provolone
- Muenster
- Colby
- Monterey Jack
- Blue Cheese
What is The Best Bread To Use For Air Fryer Grilled Cheese?
I like to use hearty bread. My favorites are potato bread, multigrain, Foccacia, ciabatta, rye, or sourdough bread.
Is Mayo Or Butter Better For Grilled Cheese?
This has been a long-debated topic. One of my sons loves mayo while the other can not stand it. Mayonnaise has a higher smoke point than butter, so it commonly uses air fryer grilled cheeses.
Butter, I find it brings a richer flavor to the grilled cheese and reminds me of my childhood grilled cheeses.
Both are good. Choose your favorite.
