In a large saucepan, mix the water, sugar, and cornstarch, and bring it to a small simmer. Fold in the Strawberry Jello, mixing well. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Fill the graham cracker crusts with the diced strawberries. Pour the strawberry mixture over the strawberries. Place the filled strawberry pies in the refrigerator to cool for about an hour or until set. Garnish with Cool Whip, Whipped Cream, or Sliced Strawberries.
