  • 3-4 pound chicken

Copycat El Pollo Loco Chicken Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
