Ingredients 

Brownie Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces  unsalted butter
  • 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Toppings:

  • 4 slices cheesecake, premade
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings
  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Hot Fudge Sauce
  • Vanilla Ice cream

Instructions

  • Start by melting the butter in the microwave or a small saucepan. Remove from heat.
  • Add the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Fold in the salt and all-purpose flour, mix well, scraping the sides so all of the ingredients are well combined.
  • Spray your air fryer brownie pan with cooking spray, and then spread out your brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray, set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, set the time for 18-20 minutes, or until you put a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
  • Let the brownies cool completely.
  • To plate, put a brownie into a plate, add a piece of cheesecake and your brownie cheesecake sundae toppings.
