Air Fryer Asparagus Quiche Recipe Tips
- For added flavor, you can add any vegetables to the quiche, I added diced bacon and peas, to mine, but you can have it with simple asparagus quiche.
- If you want to make it light and fluffier quiche, add some milk or heavy cream into the batter, which will help it to rise.
- Be careful not to overbake the quiche, once the center is set, remove the quiche. It will harden somewhat as it cools.
- Do not overfill, otherwise, the air fryer will have some egg batter in it. This will cause it to smoke, fill about 2/3 the way full, it will rise, during the cooking process.
