I have an Acekool Airfryer OVen, which I believe has been renamed the WowChef. I got it with a dirty or soiled oven glass and can not figure out how to get into the glass which is two piece. It is soiled inside. Where can I get instructions on disassembly of the oven door to get to the inside of this glass. I should have returned this in October but I was so empressed and used the thing constantly. Please help. I can not see how to solve this and emails to Amazon are just returned with suggestion I contact customer sevice on line. I don’t believe this will help. Can I exchange this oven at this late date?
