  • 4 cloves Garlic , minced
  • 3 cups Heavy cream ,
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese , freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning ,
  • 1 teaspoon Salt , or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper , or to taste
  • 2 cups Optional protein or vegetables , cooked chicken, shrimp, or sautéed veggies for a complete meal

Instructions

  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons Butter and sauté 4 cloves Garlic until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Pour in the 3 cups Heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in freshly grated 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning until fully combined. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  • Add 1 teaspoon Salt and 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper to taste. Pour over cooked pasta, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables, and serve immediately. (2 cups Optional protein or vegetables )
