Ninja Creami Lemonade Slushi Recipe Tips

  • Use fresh lemon juice: For the brightest, most authentic flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness: Add more or less sugar to suit your taste.
  • Freeze evenly: Ensure the mixture is level in the pint container for uniform slushiness.
  • Add water gradually: After freezing, adjust to get your preferred slushi consistency.
  • Experiment with flavors: Mix in berries or mint for a fun twist.
  • Serve immediately: The slushi tastes best right after processing for the perfect icy texture.

Storing Instructions

  • Freezer: Smooth the top, secure the lid, and store the slushi in the freezer for up to 1 week.
  • Reprocessing: If it freezes solid again, add a small splash of water or lemonade and re-spin using the Slushi or Re-Spin setting.
  • Refrigerator: Not recommended, as the slushi will melt and lose its icy texture.

Ninja Creami Lemonade Slushi Recipe Faqs

Can I use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh? Yes, but fresh lemon juice gives the brightest, cleanest flavor.

How sweet is this slushi? It’s lightly sweetened. You can adjust the sugar or lemon juice to taste.

Do I have to use hot water? Yes, hot water helps dissolve the sugar completely for a smooth base.

Why do I add more liquid after freezing? Adding liquid helps the Ninja Creami process the frozen base into a slushi texture.

Can I make this ahead of time? You can freeze the base ahead, but it’s best processed and served fresh.

What if my slushi is too thick? Add a little more water or lemonade and use the Re-Spin or Slushi setting again.

Can I add flavors or mix-ins? Yes! Try fresh berries, strawberry syrup, or a splash of lime juice for variety.
