Step Two: Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint container, secure the lid, and place it on a flat surface in your freezer for 24 hours.

Note: These instructions are based on the Ninja CREAMi Breeze model. Be sure to follow the guidelines in your specific machine’s user manual for setup and processing.

Step Three: After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Assemble the paddle into the processing lid as directed, then lock the lid onto the pint. Attach it to the Ninja CREAMi and select “Ice Cream” mode.

Step Four: Once the cycle is complete, make a small well in the center of the ice cream and add the chopped Snickers and peanuts. Select “Mix-ins” to blend them in.

Tip: If your ice cream looks crumbly, add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and press “Re-spin.” If it’s too soft, pop the pint back into the freezer for a couple of hours to firm up.

Ninja Creami Dairy Queen Snickers Blizzard Copycat Recipe Tips

  • Use Room Temperature Cream Cheese – Let your cream cheese soften before mixing to avoid lumps and get a smooth base.
  • Freeze Flat and Solid – Place the pint on a level surface in the freezer for a full 24 hours so it freezes evenly and processes properly.
  • Don’t Overfill the Pint – Keep the ice cream base below the max fill line to avoid overflows or poor texture during spinning.
  • Chop Mix-Ins Finely – Cut the Snickers bars and peanuts into small pieces so they distribute evenly during the Mix-in cycle.
  • Re-Spin for Creaminess – If your ice cream is crumbly, don’t worry. Add a splash of heavy cream and use the “Re-Spin” function to make it creamy and smooth.

Storing Instructions

Store any leftover ice cream directly in the Ninja Creami pint container with the lid secured tightly. Keep it in the freezer for up to 1 week. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, allow the pint to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before reprocessing with the “Re-Spin” function for the best texture. If you’ve already added mix-ins, they may break down slightly during re-spinning, so consider reserving some to stir in fresh.

Ninja Creami Dairy Queen Snickers Blizzard Copycat Recipe Faqs

How long should this recipe be placed in the freezer before serving? This recipe requires the ice cream base to freeze for 24 hours before being placed into the machine to cream.

Can a whole can of condensed milk be used with this recipe? This recipe will turn out very runny if a whole can is used for one pint. The amount of sugar in a whole can of condensed milk causes the ice cream base not to set correctly.

What texture should the Creami ice cream be? This ice cream has more of a soft-serve texture than your traditional store-bought ice cream, therefore it won’t be as firm when scooping.  It will also melt faster.
