- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder, ground
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha, optional, adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water, to make a cornstarch slurry
