  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese, optional
  • 6 dill pickle slices, optional
  • 6 brioche buns, or potato sandwich buns
  • 2 tablespoons Mike’s Hot Honey, or to taste
