Creamy, tangy-sweet Southern deviled eggs made the easy way — with no-boil, easy-peel air fryer eggs. The perfect make-ahead appetizer for parties, potlucks, and holidays.
Ingredients
6large eggs
3tablespoonsmayonnaise
1½tablespoonssweet pickle relish
1teaspoonprepared yellow mustard
½teaspoonsalt, or to taste
¼teaspoonblack pepper
½teaspoonpaprika, for garnish
12small gherkins or pickle slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Air-fry the eggs. Place the eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 250°F for 15–16 minutes.
Ice bath. Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let sit at least 5 minutes (10 is better).
Peel and halve. Tap and roll each egg to crack the shell, peel starting at the wide end, then slice in half lengthwise.
Make the filling. Scoop the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Fill. Spoon the filling into a piping bag and pipe into the egg-white halves.
Garnish & chill. Dust with paprika and top with a gherkin slice. Chill 20–30 minutes, then serve.
