Ingredients
1 1/4cupsplain strained Greek yogurt
1tablespoondried dill weed
1teaspoonsea salt
1garlic clove, minced
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/4cupfreshly chopped parsley
1jalapeño pepper, deseeded and chopped
Instructions
Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and remove the seeds from the jalapeño before chopping.
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.
Mix in the dill weed, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
