Description

Recreate the famous Whataburger Jalapeño Ranch at home with this easy recipe. Creamy, tangy, and spicy, it’s perfect for dipping fries, burgers, or adding a flavorful kick to any meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/4 cups plain strained Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, deseeded and chopped

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic, chop the parsley, and remove the seeds from the jalapeño before chopping.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and sea salt. Stir until smooth.
  • Mix in the dill weed, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in the chopped jalapeño for that signature spicy kick.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Add more jalapeño or cayenne pepper for extra heat.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with fries, burgers, or as a dipping sauce!
