Description

Vegan Garlic Butter Recipe - A dairy-free, flavorful butter alternative made with plant-based ingredients, perfect for spreading, dipping, and cooking.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh chopped, or dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or a pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Allow the 1 cup vegan butter to soften at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the softened butter with the 4 cloves garlic minced.
  • Stir in the n2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, f2 tablespoons parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Optional: Add black pepper or a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use.
